This job includes:
* Handling all VIP clients
* Keeping record of all system updates
* Approaching new clients in accordance with Sales team
* Preparing new clients contracts, quotations & service proposals
* Supervision of some main tasks with customer support team
* Reporting to operation manager and CEO
* Preparing weekly & monthly plans for CS team
* Making sure that company plans are handled within deadlines
This job tasks include:
• Arrange all General Manager's tasks.
• Working with GM for product development.
• Preparing sales & operation reports to GM regarding operation in Kuwait & Iran.
• Carrying most contacts between GM & staff.
• Organizing Market studies for new products with help of sales team.
• Holding the time schedule of appointments, business trips & worldwide Trade shows for GM.
• Attending all types of meetings and prepare the minutes of meeting reports.
• Handling all means of contact with suppliers.
• Writing all the company’s products press release in English & Arabic press portals
• Following up all the company shipments from suppliers to courier companies to the company
warehouse.
• Final Screening of CVs for job vacancies, prepare short lists and set appointments for
interview.
• Helping the sales team to prepare their letters, proposals and quotations.
• Approaching VIP Customers & checking their stock of products.
• Preparing all GM's hotel & flight bookings online or with travel agencies.
This job tasks include:
1- Preparing of governmental documents for employees residencies
2-Keeping record of employees residencies transfers or renewals or expiry
3- Preparing offer letters, warning letters & termination letters
4- Keeping record of each employee performance reports
5- Helping with the assessment of every employee after their probation period
6- Filing employees documents on both hard & soft records
Bachelor degree in accounting & banking English section
