- Attend the Technical and Financial Openings.
- Follow Ups.
- Problems Analyzer/Solver.
Sales & Marketing Duties:
- Search For Clients to be registered In Their Penstocks Suppliers List.
- Search For New Tenders and Request For Quotations to forward Quotations.
- Contact the Companies and get All Details & Data Needed to be Registered.
- Prepare and attend Meetings.
- Prepare the Registration Documents and Envelopes.
- Translate the Specifications If Needed.
- In Case Of the Presence Of Any Mechanical Technical Questions; forward It to the Client.
- Issue the BG.
- Write the Technical and Financial Offers.
- Prepare the Technical and Financial Envelopes.
- Answer Any Mechanical Technical Questionnaire received From the Client.
- Attend the Technical and Financial Openings.
- Follow Ups.
- Problems Analyzer/Solver.
- Collect All The Mechanical Technical Specifications and Conditions Required to be supplied and erected For The Fire Fighting, HVAC and Plumbing Projects.
- Translate the Specifications If Needed.
- In Case Of the Presence Of Any Mechanical Technical Questions; forward It to the Client.

- Study the Suppliers' Offers and forward Questionnaires In Case Of Any Gap In Their Offers.

- In Case Of the Presence Of Any Mechanical Technical Questions; forward It to the Client.
- Choose the Suitable Suppliers to forward the Mechanical Offers.
- Study the Suppliers’ Offers and forward a Questionnaire In Case Of Any Gap In Their Offers.
- Choose the Most Technical and Financial Suitable Offers.
- Write the Technical Offer.
- Revise the Technical Offer Contents.
