• Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations.
• Setup Chairman’s and Deputy’s Chairman travel arrangements.
• Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements.
• Maintain Chairman’s calendar.
• Prepare and maintain Chairman’s expense report.
• Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
• Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
• Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner.
• Meet and greet clients and visitors.
• Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
• Translate all documents Arabic/English and Vice Versa
• Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
• Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies.
• In charge of all mail courier sending and receiving.
• Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system.
• Providing general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms and reports
• Preparing source documentation needed for new hires
• Arrange for advertising or posting of job vacancies
• Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, attendance, absences.
• Other duties as assigned.
