1. Handling the Company Retrocessions (Life and Non- Life) wither it was communicating with
our retro brokers out our reinsurers, preparing renewal data and submitting memos and
updated reports for the managements, issuing of payments request for the finance Dep.
2. Checking and producing periodic errors reports and control report for all types of in force Retro
policies.
3. Reporting To the CUO and our TC Committee to any related Retro Issues.
4. Guiding the inward underwriters on any reinsurance related topics to insure that the same term and
conditions are met between Reinsurance policies and Retro
Same duties as the last position but with the addition of supervising a team of four
knowledge of all general insurance product lines and underwriter portals.
Managing the correspondence between our operation department and brokers.
Assist two other brokers support with administrative duties and all other request related matters.
Manage quotations, renewals, endorsements and claims.
Promote and deliver company value, make sure clients are receiving top-notch service.
With the tasks assigned to me, I manage the uploading staff and supervising them and train them and ensure that the work is done .
Working with CCHI Directly by uploading the members who are Insured there and making sure that all the information are correct before uploading

Recruitment and Employment:
I have all the functions of the employment search and to attract and hold job interviews in person and by phone
Coordination and training:
Coordination between the university and the company to receive the students to be trained and carry out all the training tasks in of human resources
Employee Relations:
Receive complaints and inquiries with employees about salaries and vacations and discounts and labeled and sent to the concerned authorities
Coordination in the development project of the Group.
The IFCE is a SAMA mandatory exam covering rules and regulations of insurance, code of conduct and the basics of insurance operations. The exam will help ensure that any employee who handles and makes decisions affecting customers business has a minimum level of knowledge and competence in the area of insurance.
