with Responsibilities
Supervising on the lines of Low voltage section
Prepare and design any tools needed for cables operations for different stage insulation tools design pressure tooling tube tooling and semi tube tooling and select the best tool for any stage. Design the assembling and armoring tools.
Regular service for all section line equipment
Establish and implement in process production rate for different cable constructions
Calculate and improve Standard Time for line's processes to achieve max. Productivity
Monthly reporting of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), Process Flow Balance, Situation.
Monthly reporting of Material Consumption(scrap and over use )
Commissioning any new machine.
Observation the performance of the operators and development their skills.
Achieving the objective of production work order on target time and the required quality level.
Works with production team within a defined production schedule and production target to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency from process and scrap reduction

working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals
ensuring that the production is cost effective
working out the human and material resources needed
monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed
being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
consult with the various Heads of Department to estimate the materials needed and Provide the necessary tools
supervising and motivating a team of workers
ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs
reply to contact review from production view point
interviewing and selecting crews and suppliers to meet production
