• Supervising and following-up of governmental agencies and ensure the application of the law and the investigation of violations issued by the authorities and the referral of violations to the Department of Legal Affairs and the provision of legal and insurance advice to the subject of law
• Advising the executives and employees to change the laws affecting the company

• I am working on a set of files for government institutions in the state. These files constitute a large part of the revenue received by the Authority, which has a definite impact on expenses.
• Advising corporations on their legal rights and duties, including the duties and responsibilities of corporate officers.
• Ensuring the company fills out and submits all its legal paperwork.
• Compliance with other Special and General Conditions of the agreement and applicable laws and regulations have been followed
• Proactively work with, and assist the relevant management and staff to address identified control gaps, implement appropriate corrective actions, and resolve any significant compliance issues.
• Prepare a report of findings, corrective actions taken, and any further recommendations for compliance system and procedure improvements.
• Drawing up contracts and other legal documents
• Settling disputes and supervising any agreements
• Provide support and advice to teams
• Ensure employees are subject to work regulations and no violations
• Evaluate the team work performance and prepare the monthly reports to monitor the implementation of the project plan compared to the overall performance
• Organizing 60 training for more than 450 trainees to project’s staff and participants
• Head of 15 teams included 39 employees
• Supervising executive work implementation
• Planning and coordinating project programs in collaboration with team work
• Preparation of workshops and field visits for mutual cooperation between teams and exchange of experiences
