Community Development espicalist contributes to the successful administration of Residence Life by assisting a team of Resident Assistants (graduate assistants) in positively shaping the quality of the on-campus student living experience by fostering vibrant, inclusive communities which cultivate personal development, emphasize cross-cultural interactions, encourage leadership, enhance the educational experience, and provide a sense of belonging at KAUST.
implementation of a Community Development Plan, supporting Resident Assistant team programming, creating avenues to make residential programming efficient and effective, maintaining detailed accounting and reporting of all Residence Life community development information, ensuring proper marketing and promotion of Residence Life programming, and supervising summer WISE interns.
This position supports the Residence Life team, works collaboratively with the Residence Life Specialist, and reports to the Graduate Services Manager.
