Responsible for all the incoming and out coming correspondence1 for the previous mentioned projects with owner Consultant
Follow up all the submittals, letters, queries and shop drawings with the Consultant and the Owner.
Prepare and update logs for the projects correspondences (Shop drawings, materials, letters, queries, … etc.).
Prepare and attend the Progress meetings, and design meetings.
Responsible for all the archiving works for the above mentioned projects. Help Engineers in the projects mentioned above to work the following: (BIND-PDF-PRINT AND ARRANGE THE PACKAGES)
