• Filling customer orders according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Using computer hardware and software to generate labels and maintain equipment
• Assembling and coordinating the information, people, materials, equipment, along with all the other necessary resources to get the job done
• Performing daily and weekly cleaning according to SOPs
• Maintaining and organizing adequate shipping supplies
• Using manual and electric pallet jacket as needed
• Ensuring that products processed for shipping are delegated to correct carrier
• Assisting in others areas as needed and performing other duties as assigned
• Arranging finished products using LIFO or FIFO methodology
• Using the PVI and MCS release process and to prints tickets
• Moving short-dated finished product into inactive inventory
• Receiving and shipping items using the QAD software
• Documenting daily inactive inventory
• Maintaining reverse-distribution processes
• Performing monthly inventory checks
• Receiving and inspecting returned products
• Receiving and inspecting incoming raw materials
• Assisting in labeling and packaging
• Preparing shipper cartons
