Main Duties:
•Train, mentor and coach Community Engagement Officer in community engagement methods, and ensure their effective r and performance
•Oversee and coordinate the work with the mobilizers
•Lead and/or facilitate Community Wide Meeting in the communities.
•Ensure cross-program integration, learning, sharing and adoption of best practices from other Global Communities activities and teams.

•Cuts knots and limbs from logs, using ax chain saw.
•Attaches equipment, like chokers, lines, blocks, and fire equipment, to outbound rigging as indicated by whistle signals from Rigging Slinger.
