* Handling Juniors, Sleepwear’s, Schools, & Disney accounts particularly in Newborn & Infant group of Boys items.
* Dealing to numerous international Suppliers for the orders booked to them.
* Checking samples based in worksheet detail of the designers and buyers note during their booking.
* Ensuring details, styling, qualities and requirements of Designers & Buyers are being followed accordingly in bulk.
* Approving fitting, styling, colors, & accessories required by the Designers or Buyers and or in a decision making approvals.
* Coordinating samples to the Suppliers for evaluation from the time of booking and prior to the shipment date.
* Giving and emailing comments to the suppliers to impose in production based on priority.
* Responsible for product development and setting up the standards for product quality.
* Working with the Designer’s team for the details and suggest best way in production.
* Discussing and recommend to the Buyers for the best merchandise quality and fastest way of production so that shipment will not jeopardize.
* Working closely with the Buyers with their booking orders concerning revision of details, styling, colors, quantities, and shipment date.
* Ensuring timely deliveries from suppliers and keep posted with the track of production process.
* Ensuring that all relevant communication is reacted upon/initiated as appropriate both within Designers, Buyers, and to Suppliers.
* Ensuring merchandise objectives for the business of sale ability items.
* Negotiates prices of booking orders to the Suppliers when necessary and Buyer’s request.
* Performing any other task to be assigned by Manager like encoding, samples filling and hanging.
