Overall authority and responsibility for the executions of the project. Direct, Control and
Monitor the projects in all aspects, with the aim of meeting and satisfying the Project
Contractual Obligations and achieving the objectives. Ensure that the Project Design,
Procurement and Constructions are being followed and carried out in a safely and Timely
Manner and maintain Highest Quality in accordance to the Project Specifications and
Standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure the achievement of the Project, from the initial start to completion of the projects
are being performed in a safely manner and with quality deliverables within the time
frame and budget.
Guide and lead project team with a systematic arrangement in the pre‐mobilization
activities. Analysis of the scope of work and the detailed work and assumptions made
in the proposal. Comparison of the proposal with the final contract document. Prepare
the construction strategy to be adopted for the project. Prepare the detailed site
mobilization plan. Coordination and seek approval from Higher Project Management for
proceeding with the plans. Monitor and control to ensure that adequate arrangements
are made for a safe and smooth start of work site.
Ensure project completion with in specified time by constantly and frequent monitoring
the progress on a daily basis utilizing system generated reports. The latest forecast
plan from optimizes cost by keeping sharp focus on labor, materials, consumables and
indirect cost with the help of Analytical Studies from Planning and procurement.
Monitor and control to ensure working properly and providing daily / weekly reports on
the project cost. Ensure accuracy, timely and accuracy submission of progress reports
to the client.
Implementation of the contracts scope, understands all the possible potential risks and
establish the company approach to mitigate the risks by taking all the root management
and supervision knowledgeable about the preventive measure for mitigating risk.
Monitor and control to ensure the project execution is as per the scope of work, plan
schedule and as per project quality standards and specifications.
Demonstrate Site Management’s visible focus on HSE issues. Effective implementation
through Project Management specific approved QHSE Plans.
Represent the company towards Clients for all matters relating to the project contract.
Seek approval from the client for any changes and deviations prior to agreement with
the parties involved to maintain smooth contract dealing.
Supervise the administration of the contract. Define requirements of the project
execution plan and of the project control. Direct all the activities to ensure project
objectives are met. Make evaluations and take major decisions relating to project.
Overall managing the monitor and control of the resources, personnel and equipment
including the subcontractor work activity progress and performance.

Supervise the construction of a particular structure in the project. Undertakes all the related
work therein and ensure that the works are done in accordance with the approved
drawings and specifications. Prepare materials, estimate based from the approved plans
and drawings and prepare its requisition. Responsible for the preparation of the monthly
work schedule taking into considerations manpower, budget, cost and revenue for any
particular work area. Supervise rebar works, formworks, concreting, excavation and
backfilling. Coordinates with the other disciplines with regards to the related works during
construction. Responsible for the preparation and submission of daily accomplishment
and field operation report for monitoring progress of work, analysis and evaluation of
accomplishment. Coordinates with the Operational Centre regarding the Material,
equipment and manpower needs at the site and report the problem encountered in the
field and formulates the corrective measures to be undertaken. Ensure that the working
conditions of workers are good and safe and reminds them of the necessary precaution to
be taken while at work.
