• Responsible managing of telephone calls, e-mails, faxes and communication for the General Manager, including RSVP follow-ups for bookings & reservations, travels and miscellaneous events as required.
• Maintaining diaries, arranging appointments and organizing schedule and meetings for the GM
• Provide multi-level administrative/secretarial assistance for key office personnel, maintaining record of payments, medicals, salary disbursements, petty cash flows, and other utility payments etc.
• Determines needs and orders office supplies, equipment, repair and maintenance services
• Preparation, coordination and dispatching of couriers, packages and deliveries
• Communicate efficiently, accurately and effectively to customers, vendors and internally to colleagues
• Prepare and manage correspondence and documents (invoices, delivery notes, payment/receipt vouchers, proposals, estimates and offer letter, contracts and other business letters) as required.
• Organizing internal and external written communications and maintain an effective filing system, logs, control records, or other information concerning the work under the supervisor's control.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the GM which include but not limited to the above-mentioned duties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Greet incoming visitors and callers
•Answering visitors' inquiries about the company
•Directing visitors to appropriate contacts
•Answering incoming calls, and arranging appointments for guests to meet with company staff.
•Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, appointments and events and other similar activities for staff
•Present the menu card to the customers for taking down orders on slips
•Guide the customers regarding menu choices and table settings
•Assisting customers needs and settling the bill
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Carries out delegated patient care activities
•Refers patients to lab for testing
•Sets up and stocks examination rooms and physician's offices
•Ensures patient comfort.
•Answering incoming calls and schedule appointments for patients
•Performs related work as required
