Job Description
1. Management of hardware costing and proposals for project for both contractors and consultants and technical support on site as required.
2. Working directly with consultants and end clients on specifications and recommendations for upcoming projects.
3. Pre Sales and After Sales support; prequalification documents to Order Placing using SAP Software.
- Lead role in working with consultant and end clients in development specification documents for tenders and issuing for approval to the clients
- Defining master keys plans, hardware schedules, budget costing for project with project in initial stages or active tenders.
- On-site support for installation and product technical support.
3. Working with 3rd party suppliers to maintaining standards and to offer a complete package of hardware and solutions to end clients. Running technical events for consultants with new hardware releases and current regulations and Standards. Recent event for over 100 Architects based in Qatar.
* Submittal of Proposal for Ironmongery requirements on on-going or tender for vertical
construction projects.
* Warehouse Supervision on stock taking and logistics.
* Deals with developers / project managers / contractors on ironmongery requirements.
* On site inspection and approval for quality control of residential condominium housing units,
For Exterior and Interior finishes.
* Prepares daily report on inspections and condo unit approvals.
* Deals with clients / unit owners on a daily basis for unit turnovers and acceptances.
* Review as-built drawings for client recommendations and approvals.
* Architectural Designing/Drafting, Structural Conceptualization, and Planning (also includes
Landscape Planning).
* Field superintendence, project management and administration.
* Technical, Economic and Financial feasibility studies, Project promotional, and Pre-designing.
* Architectural Interiors / Space Planning, Restoration / Preservation and other Ancillary
Services.
* Architectural Lay-Outing of Electrical, Sanitary, Plumbing, Communication and other utility
systems, Equipment and fixtures Architectural Lighting, Acoustics and Allied Fields of
Practice.
* On job site inspection and prepares weekly reports for on-going renovation works on
Housing and University Facilities.
* Generates as built drawings of existing buildings and facilities inside the University.
* Interior designing and re-planning for new Proposed Designs for improvement of Facilities of
the University.
* Arrange purchase orders and conducts cost estimation for new projects and renovation
projects.
* Encodes relevant data needed in the documentation of Saudi Aircon Preventive Maintenance
Report.
* Performs clerical works upon requirements of the projects.
* Prepares weekly sales reports for on-going construction.
* Submits product catalogue for prospective clients for lighting equipment.
* Visits and attain business relationships with the prospective clients
* Recommendations for aesthetic and technical for lighting requirements.
* Architectural Designing / Drafting, Structural Conceptualization, and Planning (also includes
Landscape Planning).
* Preparation of contract documents, specifications writings, bill of materials, cost estimates,
general conditions, bidding documents and clerical works.
* Field superintendence, project management and administration.
