Job Profile - Purchase
• Creating/managing requisitions, creating/managing purchase orders, placing orders, receipt of goods and materials, processing returns, resolving discrepancies, and reporting.
• Execute scheduled monthly buy plan process/s including scheduled mid-month process/s, where applicable
• Effective Constraint management (i.e. balancing PO lead times, cut-off behavior, global planning and factory variability, MOQs)
• Global sourcing of raw materials and packing materials for all subsidiaries
• Securing daily operational supplies, materials, services, and equipment needs at a corporate level for multiple businesses using a professional, transparent and well-communicated approach.
• Responsible for the management of staff, procurement processes, and related responsibilities of a multi-national operation maintain effective coordination of daily operational needs and goals.
• Responsible for the creation and implementation of policy and procedures related to the procurement processes.
• Responsible for the supervision of staff to effectively uphold adherence towards procurement policy and procedure.
• Requisitioning creation, reviewing, and approvals creating purchase orders, resolving discrepancies, processing returns, and receiving.
• Responsible for the development of relationships with strategic suppliers, sourcing new vendors as needed at the best terms possible administration and maintenance of GPO contracts, equipment leases, service contracts, contract reviews, renewals, and terminations.
• Developing and maintaining procurement related reports implement creative changes and efficiency to minimize costs, maintain quality in both product and operations.
• Working with all levels of management and executive team, collaborations, problem-solving, and change management.

• In depth knowledge of supply chain, understanding the mechanics of the flow of goods from sourcing to customer
• Day to day operations of mother warehouse including inbound, outbound, Storage & Inventory
• Monitor the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods
• Procurement of raw materials and packing materials as per the monthly production plan
• Managing the maintenance, preparation and routing of purchase orders(Sea and Inland Shipments)
• Identify new solutions/providers for each product/service family in order to ensure innovation/competitiveness
• Responsible for demand and supply planning for maintaining the optimum inventory levels at depots.
• Plan and co-ordinate transportation of materials and manage the timely flow of customer orders.
• Accounting of freight costs and operational expenses in SAP
• Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where ever possible
• Developed a supply strategy & transportation infrastructure to enable the supply of materials to customers in a cost-effective manner whilst minimizing lead times.
• Monitoring the operations for each shipment to making sure uncompromising services
• Time to time monitor and provide guidelines to floor staff regarding product, health safety and SOP’s of company.
• Design a rewarding payout structure and ensure employee retention
• Responsible for conducting biyearly audits in all the depots
