Job description:
Working as an auditor in the company (organizing the customers & Suppliers accounts)
❖ Banks Follow up.
❖ Preparing homage (letters of traffic) for sold cars, new and used.
❖ Preparing renewal and acquittal of ban removal about cars.
❖ Follow up cars sales accounts.
❖ Follow up customers accounts.
❖ Review of working leveling and replacements with defaulters' customers.
❖ Follow up of collection department in shares collect from the customers.
❖ Coffers of paid bills and apostate bills from the banks.
❖ Follow up of Credit Limits for Traders.
❖ The preparation and review of all operations selling futures on the group level.
❖ Review of all future sales by leasing.
❖ Responsible for the disbursement of cars from the stores of the free zone and exported
Out of Egypt.
❖ Use the following programs: -
1. Mokhtar Software.
2. Baan Software.
3. Oracle Software.
- Such as: print report for customer accounts and statements.
- Monthly financial reporting, with computerized accounting.
University Degree: University: Cairo University.
