• Segregation or proper DECOY System.
• Standard cleaning, chemical proper storage and first in first out (FIFO).
• Assigned at all kitchen areas, Dishwashing and banquet section.
• Maintaining cleanliness of all kitchen and dishwashing areas.
• Chemical knowledge (Johnson Diversy / Ecolab).
• Decreasing pots and pan.
• Knowlegde in different equipments including hoods and filter.
