•Marketing new financial products or services
•Advising customers on how to effectively use their money especially the companies in order to grow their business
•Presenting information clearly to customers
•Verifying customer data to detect and identify financial fraud
•Opening new bank accounts for individuals and also companies
•Studying the risk of each customer in order to approve on small and medium loans
•Loan consultation
•Can handle large amounts of cash efficiently and accurately
•Practical experience of controlling a vault and replenishing an ATM machines
•Good literacy and numeracy skills
•Knowledge of foreign currency
•Processing all incoming payments received by mail, fax and email
•Daily cash and checks handling including foreign payments
•Ensuring that the tills balance up at the end of the day
