Delivered exceptional results managing maintenance operations for the Princess Nora Bint Abdul Rahman University driverless train systems.
• Launched maintenance programs to maximize the usability of the entire driverless train system serving students and teachers throughout the university campus and exceeded expectations across all maintenance performance categories.
• Established programs to perform routine, scheduled, unscheduled, and emergency maintenance and repairs and used extensive railway maintenance expertise to achieve operational, safety, and usability goals.

-Coordinating all the activities with the customer, suppliers and the key personnel of Breda

-Supervising final assembly, commissioning, warranty and retrofits.
-Supervising integration with signaling and radio subsystem
-Reviewing with the customer reliability and warranty claims in order to define theresponsibilities.
-Coordinating and supporting international bids both in Italy and USA.
