• Responsible for the implementation of Microwave transmission and BTS installation in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao region (Philippines) under Globe Telecom projects.
• Responsible for the supervision of 6-7 teams in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao Philippine region.
• Provide time to time status reports of every project to the customer and internal management of the company.
• Responsible for the inspection of the workmanships of the teams on site to meet the customer standards.
• Provides accomplishment reports to the customer.
• Provides technical support on the teams on the ground.
• Managing Teams from start of project up to implementation of installation, inspections, testing and acceptance of MW Antenna and BTS antenna.
• Coordination, supervision, and management of the teams on the grounds in all installation, commissioning and dismantling activities.
• Commissioning of CTR8740 + WTM4K (2+0, 4+0, 6+0 and 8+0) configuration and HUAWEI RTN950A (2+0, 4+0, 6+0 And 8+0) configuration for Globe telecom microwave transmission.
• Commissioning of Aviat CTR87840 + WTM4800 10G capacity multiband and RTN950A + RTN380AX 10G capacity microwave transmission radios.
• Preparation and submission of PRE-PAT and PAT Docs of Aviat / Huawei microwave installation projects.
• Preparation and submission of TSSR plan of Aviat/Huawei microwave survey projects.
• Responsible for the implementation of microwave transmission in Visayas and Mindanao region under Globe Telecoms projects.
• Creating a project schedule, with milestones, due dates and estimates for the required materials and other resources, such as manpower.
• Preparation and submission of MOPs for all installation and migration activities in accordance to target build schedule.
• Coordination, supervision, and management of the contractors on the grounds in all installation and commissioning and dismantling activities.
• Ensuring that all microwave installations are of quality standards set by the client and Aviat Networks.
• Commissioning of CTR8740 + WTM4K (2+0, 4+0, 6+0 and 8+0) configuration for Globe telecom microwave transmission.
• Commissioning of CTR87840 + WTM4800 10G capacity multiband microwave transmission radios.
• Provide and support installation of IP star modem and satellite.
• Monitoring and maintaining the existing IP star network of AZ Comm.
• Provide solution and support to the client.
• Provisioning of IP star modem to the NMS server
• Process and assist wafer device on WCSP from Taper, Back grind, DE taper, Roughness/Thickness measure, Backside layer, Oven Cure, Symbol, Wafer mount, Barcode ID, WAFER Saw, Automatic Visual Inspection(AVI), UV Cure, Partial Batch Room.
• Support or assist MQ coordinator in performing manufacturability evaluation of new products launches including SWR’s for WCSP products.
• Provides engineering assistance for new FAB, FAB transfer and FAB process changes.
• Provides engineering assistance for any device BOM changes on qualified products.
• Provides engineering assistance for any internal request operation request.
• Track all requested SWR’s MQ, confirm lot status from the SWR tracking System to verify status in production.
• Initiate form new MQ devices through e-MQ system.
• Monitor actual status of SWR for MQ at the production line. Ensure to correct set-up and requirements were satisfied.
• Perform required MQ measurements and data collection from front to finish assembly.
• Compliance to all company policies, regulations and programs such as 5S, Safety, Etc.
• Identifies, develops and implement process improvement opportunities to streamline current task.
• Submit report/s (shift/daily/weekly)
