I work from sales department promoted as a customer service representative and now i am promoted as a team manager. I do weekly quality assurance to make sure my team provides good customer service, daily reports, grading of each performances. Handle customers needs, concerns and complaints, supervising a team, enhancing quality and time management. Monitoring each perfomances and work ethics from attendance, quality assurance, AHT and attitude. Handles 3 accounts consumer, business and tru apps customers. To make sure that the company profits more and beyond their expectations.
I do customer service and provide quality services for customer who buys the product and who inquire for the products.
