Greet customers, offer assistance and serve them in order to ensure thier needs are answered in a timely manner
and compliance with quality and customer service standards.
• Provides exceptional customer service by performing up-selling, cross-selling, suggesting alternatives and
following up on customers requests.
• Offering assistance.
• Communicate and assist customers in any way possible and as the customers may require.
• Deal with customer's complaints professionally and with restraint .
• Serve the customer in order to ensure their needs are answered in a timely manner and in compliance with quality
and customer service standards.
• Ensure smooth and efficient recieving process of items/shipments, as well as accurate stock keeping preventing
security risks and thefts by performing physical and electronic inventory as required, reporting broken
alarms, incidents suspicious activities.
• Arrange and replenish on a continous basis the shop shelves and ensure that the shop floor and shelves are kept
clean and tidy at all times in alignment with the brands image and coordination standards.
• Handle cash register and transaction with the customers in an effective and accurate manner as required.
• Responsible to entering and assisting the customers upon entering the shop.
• Fulfilling costumer needs.
• Satisfying costumer needs.
• Take accurate measurements for any needed alteration, assign price according to set price list\[when
applicable\]and coordinate needed alterations.
• Conducts audit and inventory.

• Greetings the customer in a friendly atmosphere.

• Upselling the food product strt from appetizer to main dish.
• Follow up the food in the kitchen as per as what kind of food thier ordering.
• Serve the drinks

• Focussing to the customer and satisfying thier needs.
