Duties:
• Prepare data and voice communication and network infrastructure design, monitoring and maintenance
• Analyzes requirements and prepares design specification based on latest technology
• Incorporates information security in the communication/network
• Proposes cost effective solution
• Collects monitoring data and audit logs, performs analysis and prepares reports
• Performs corrective action to restore downed or defective systems
• Supervises the conduct of preventive maintenance by service provider and prepares the needed reports
• Conducts network vulnerability testing
• Performs system configuration backup and restoration
• Responds to IT service requests
• Serves as a member of the Disaster Recovery Team
• Complies and supports IMS policies and programs
• Prepares systems and databases infrastructure design
• Performs systems and database infrastructure monitoring and maintenance
• Performs systems and database planning
• Monitors the implementation of IT Hardware projects
• Provides inputs and updates for the improvement of ISTD policies, procedures and manuals
Maintaining the company's IT network, servers and security systems.
Duties:
• Updating and monitoring IT user accounts.
• Maintenance & management of the Critical Windows based Server Environment.
• Maintaining up to date Antivirus levels on all machines company wide.
• Working on Active Directory accounts.
• Managing and monitoring of backups in multiple locations.
• Providing maintenance support and break-fix solutions.
• Troubleshooting technical problems and implementing solutions.
• Purchasing of IT Equipment and software in line within agreed budgets.
• Daily back up of Oracle based inventory and sales system.
