• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Escort guests to their tables.
• Write guests' food orders on order slips, or enter orders to the POS.
• Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.

• Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to pantry for cleaning.
