Reporting to the Director of Benefits, with direct line responsibility for 2 administrators, responsible for dealing with the day-to-day HR responsibilities and acting as the liaison point between the organisation and the employees. Also accountable for some aspects of recruitment, employee relations, HR administration and learning and development, in a multi-cultural and diverse office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
•Ensure the administrative team have clarity about their roles and responsibilities by providing leadership, oversight and guidance to them.
•Establish quantifiable and observable performance objectives for direct reports including KPI’s.
•Evaluate performance against established performance expectations.
•Successfully streamlined and led the implementation of administrative policies and procedures across the organisation resulting in improved efficiencies and easing of workflow within the HR Dept.

•Led and managed the orientation/onboarding of new administrative employees into the organisation.

•To be the first point of call for allocated business class passengers:
•To ensure passengers have an ‘award winning’ experience in line with corporate guidelines.
•Inform and educate passengers on any unforeseen circumstances.
•Ensure safety of passengers during take-offs, landing and emergencies.
•Assist the flight and ground crews.
•Deliver and maintain a safe and secure working environment.
•Conduct safety checks of aircraft equipment for safe flight.
•Deal with any complaints as the first point of contact.
•Administer first aid in medical emergencies and help sick passengers.

Reported to the EMEA Finance SAP Deployment Manager, responsible for managing, coordinating and overseeing the administrative activities related to planning, implementing, and evaluating projects in line with IBM’s goals and objectives.
