Job Description
• Responsible for ensuring that Project HSE Management policy, plans and procedures are implemented effectively and are suitable for the purpose and use for which they are Intended according OSHAS Standards, Government and Company standards and codes.
• Strick implementation on OHS policy of the COMPANY.
• Project Documents development (HSE Management System, Emergency Response Plan, PTW System, Covid-19 protection and controls, Templates to apply in the project. etc.).
• Give direction & guidance to sub-contractors workforce safety personnel.
• Participation on HazCon establishment regarding Desalination plant.
• Review and comment on sub-contractors' HSE plans, Method statements, Risk Assessment's and Safety Corrective Action Plan's.
• Liaise a Weekly HSE meetings with client and subcontractors.
• Conducting twice a week Joint Management Safety Walkthrough highlighting unsafe condition and unsafe behavior.
• Manage and supervise Permit to Work System and train relevant personnel conducting routine exposure monitoring and emergency response assessments.
• Record and maintain statistics of weekly and monthly for Incident and accident reports.
• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports to Head Office and client.
• Head daily schedule of site safety walkthrough to find any inappropriate practices.
• Training about Project requirements.
• Carry out Emergency Drills focus in different scenarios applicable for the project.
• Periodical meetings with Discipline leaders to define and analysis Project Requirements, policies and strategies.

Job Description
• Comprehensive implementation of OHS policy of the COMPANY.
• Project Documents development (HSE Manual, Emergency Plan and Procedures, PTW System, Statistic Reports, Templates to apply in the project. etc.).
• Managing HSE staff consist of 31 HSE supervisor, HSE Equipment inspector, HSE Electrical inspector, Environmental supervisor, HSE trainer & HSE administrator during the construction stage.
• Give direction & guidance to sub-contractors workforce safety personnel.
• Hazard Identifications reviews, natural gas, nitrogen, pickling, working at height, abrasive and grit blasting, lifting activities, confined spaces, pressure test, pneumatic and hydrostatic piping testing, electrical works In low and high voltage, substation energization, radiographies activities, etc.
• Review and comment on sub-contractors' HSE plans, Method statements, Risk Assessment's, Safety Action Plan's and Job Safety Analysis.

Job Description
• Directly reports to site Manager and assist the implementation and monitoring of the construction health, safety, environment program, and all supplementary procedures and programs. Maintain inspection program, report findings and recommendations to site manager for prompt correction action. Conduct and participate in Job Safety meeting. Assisting site in training the work force. Investigate all incident/ accident s as defined in the CHP and ensure such reports are timely submitted to site HSE manager. Identifies, evaluates & controls major hazards and potential losses. Supervised all safety aspects enforce the proper implementation of JSA before commencing to all critical jobs in the area.
• Coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve successful installation and Pre- Commissioning of Infrastructure projects. Assist and supervised in the implementations of safety program during commissioning period, thru
participation in initial and final walk through of the project, listing all findings either operational, construction or safety aspects and be submitted to the commissioning team for discussion and proper implementation.
