Job Description:
1. Covers Main workshop for Saudi Aramco transportation dept. and UMA workshop including 7 small fleet areas around Jeddah.
2. Conduct safety induction and perform trainings to new arrivals including first aid, fire fighting, Lock out Tag out
and manual handling. Weekly Safety meetings and daily toolbox talks.
3. Trained workers for evacuation drills during emergencies.
4. Regularly inspection and monitoring of safety equipments and workshop facilities. Including tools, power tools, machineries and equipments.
5. Prepare, review and implement risk assessment. Near Miss, Accident/Incident Report and Waste Manifest Report Monitoring unsafe acts and conditions
6. Arranging all PPE. Implement good housekeeping in the work place.
7. Installation of safety sign and other safety poster to promote and remind workers to work safely and enhance awareness.
8. Investigate site accidents/incidents and analyze the causes and implement preventive actions.
9. Camp boss in charge, monitors maintenance on the camp, repairs and labor.
10. Inspection of fire alarm, fire alarm control, panel and fire extinguishers. Ensure availability of first aid kits.
11. Transportation Safety Coordinator. Promotes transportation and road safety from field of work.
12. Assist conducting vehicle inspection for preventive maintenance service
13. Assist manager, administration officer and HR department. Assisting team leaders, supervisors and technicians on daily workshop operation and reporting all findings direct to Area Manager.
Job Description:
1. Conduct safety meeting and tool box talk for workers
2. Conduct safety induction to new workers, Arrange and inspect PPE’s as per standard specification.
3. Preparation and maintaining of weekly, monthly and yearly safety reports. Formats and safety records.
4. Monitor permit to work system, and checking work in progress.
5. Report and monitor near miss/ unsafe act or unsafe conditions.
6. Implement good housekeeping. Implement health and hygiene in the work place. Such as drinking and toilet facilities
7. Educate employees, implement and monitor the effectiveness of existing safety standard.
8. Prepare and tackle risk assessment and job safety analysis.
9. Investigate site accidents/incidents and analyze the causes and implement preventive actions. Prepares check list and accident report.
10. Carry out daily safety inspection to identify unsafe practices, condition, tools, equipment and heave machineries.
11. Inspection and positioning of fire extinguishers and first aid kits.
Job Description:
1. Conduct tool box meeting before start of work regarding topics concerned for the safety of workers.
2. Inspecting PPE’s, Tools and Materials before start of work prior to site activities.
3. Monitoring and inspecting site activities regarding Sand Blasting and Painting to identify and prevent accidents on site.
4. Monitoring and inspecting lifting procedures particularly on lifting pipes, supports and garnets.
5. Monitoring workers for their health and hygiene during summer including drinking toilet facilities.
6. Preparing weekly, monthly safety reports and reporting direct to Senior safety officer in charge
7. Continuous monitoring and reporting all near miss/ unsafe act or unsafe conditions.
8. Review formats and documentation of all safety activities on site
9. Prepare Risk Assessments, job safety analysis to tackle and review before any critical work on site
10. Inspect regularly safety tools and equipment including heavy machineries such as forklifts, trailers and crane to maintain good operation.
11. Inspection of fire extinguisher.
12. Educate workers on with regards to company safety standards
Job Description:
1. Ensure right PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for handling Chemicals such as Thinner and Paints.
2. Ensure MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for proper handling of Materials in case of leaks as like.
3. Ensure Batch Certificates of Materials for auditing Conducted by Qatar Gas
4. Checking of batch nos. for the expiration of materials.
5. Checking blasting activities for ensuring paint system for painting activities.
6. Making overall inventories for incoming and outgoing painting and sand blasting materials.
7. Preparing paints and thinners to be used in painting
Job Description:
1. Erection and fit up works of column and trust girder
2. Erection and fit up works o strutt, cross bracing, gutter, sag rods and purlins.
3. Erection and fit up installation works of catwalk platform, ceiling grids and ceiling grid hanger, canopy materials.
4. Bolt tightening works of ceiling grid and ceiling hangers prior to meet the exact elevation

6. Report all unsafe act or unsafe conditions.
7. Implement good housekeeping and hygiene in the work place.
8. Keep records of all safety meetings.
9. Investigate site accidents/incidents and analyze the causes and implement preventive actions.
10. Keep records in all accidents/incidents and investigations.
11. Advise management on matters relating to safety, health and welfare for employees
12. Identify hazardous situations and terminate activities that may pose imminent danger to the health and safety of workers.
