* Attends and witnesses System Acceptance Test(SAT)/User Acceptance Test(UAT) and Operation Acceptance Test(OAT) of Belltel/SMC Core network for Core Consolidation with Nokia Vendor(Core1-Makati, Core2-Sta. Rosa), elements like HSS/PCRF/NetAct/CMD/OneNDS/Jupiter and Osix/Firewall/DNS/Traffica/Flexi NG/Flexi NS/SAI/Nebr/Nadc/NMS/PCS/2G voice and data testing/4G data testing and Media gateway for Voice
*Provide support in site acceptance of Belltel’s project 2G and LTE
*Conducted site audit and inspection regarding CME installation
*Provides support in troubleshooting/rectifications of alarms on 2G-Flexi MR BTS(1800Mhz) and LTE-Flexi MR EnodeB(700Mhz) both for Band 17 and Band 28, NSN equipment and LTE(Huawei equipment)
* Attends Acceptance Test (SAT/PAT) of Civil works and telecoms towitnessed the test procedures conducted by the contractor and recorded all discrepancies and test results.
* Responsible for site inspection on newly installed GSM shelters and BSS stations, in accordance with the proposed specifications released by network planning and Engineering for implementation
*Assists Eastern Telecom Philippines Inc.(ETPI) personnel and subcontractor in Fiber Optic Cable testing
* In charge of new cell site acceptance assigned that includes SMS, call, video and data testing-handover/BTS test results and sector coverage
*Handling complex problems, Transmission and BTS, SW and HW within Base Stations Subsystems.
*Conducts technical site survey/CEF re-survey/Microwave Installation, commissioning and testing/L200 troubleshooting/IP RAN installation and commissioning-microwave/LTE APT700 trial sector 1 installationBC 13 commissioning and integration with SAT/RFI scanning and LOS survey with contractors and vendors.
*Assists transmission planning in IP transformation network project
*Operations and maintenance/troubleshoots ( 24 hours on call basis ) of all kinds GSM faults related to base transceiver station( BTS equipments), antenna system, power related problems, software and hardware, radio interference, transmission and others in minimum possible time with minimum/least supervision.
*In charge for over-all transmission of the following equipments- HUAWEI RTN 950, HUAWEI RTN 620, NERA COMPACT EVO, NERA METRO( SDH), NERA EXPAND, ERICSSON Mini-link TN3 RBS 2216, ALCATEL 9400LX/UX(PDH)/ALCATEL 9600USY(SDH), ALCATEL AWY 9400, AVIAT -HARRIS transmission, NOKIA FLEXI HOPPER, FUJITSU relay and transmission, CERAGON fibeair 1500P ( IDU and ODU-SDH ).
*Responsible for the maintenance of HUAWEI BTS Access - 2G(900 MHz and 1800MHz), 3G(850MHz and 2100MHz), Smart Bro( Canopy ), Wi-Max and LTE for Smart Communications Network.
* Monitoring and operation of Node B (3G equipment), to maintain the stability of the 3G network
*Responsible for operation and maintenance of HUAWEI BTSAccess - 2G(1800MHz), 3G(2100MHz) for Suncellularnetwork, also maintain and operates XINMIN repeater and NETop repeater.
*Responded to the complaints/request of the subscriber to ensure good and quality signal by checking the orientation of sectoral antenna whether 2G or 3G.asked/assisted CQMD/ RNO for the right azimuth/elevation to ensure proper orientation.
*Operation and maintenance of micro and picosites( IBS - In Building Solutions ).
* Handling GSM/BSS full-turnkey, semi-turnkey and change out project with an emphasis on engineering installation, integration HW/SW, system commissioning, conduct network testing and acceptance, project management, operation and maintenance BSC
*In charge and supervise of E1 migration/traffic routing/E1 termination when alarms occurred specially intransmission or equipment upgrade.
* Re-configuration of BTS to upgrade the network capacity.
* Inventory of equipment, spares, tools and test gears.
*Monitoring of BTS and BSC and collect all alarm history for further study and evaluation/inventory. Regularly monitors the status of BSC (Naga1H, Naga2H and Naga3H)/including all sites under the said BSC’s
* Provide feedback and status of fault restorations activity to technical support help desk, OMCR/ Fault Management Center (FMC).Detail reports of activity and fault report generation.
* Functionality test of BSS and TRANSMISSION ( using BER test equipment/spectrum analyzer ), operation of test equipment such as Site Master( Anritzu ) to monitor the status of the BTS, diagnostic of power level checks, reflected power, VSWR measurement /Spectrum analyzer and BER tester to ensure good result of Receive Signal level of transmission.
*Attend BTS, BSC, TC and Microwave Radio transmission testing and commissioning (PPAT/SAT) to witnessed the test procedures conducted by the contractor or 3rd party.
* Supervise site activity of 3rd party contractors in maintaining site facilities such as ACUs, generators, towers, and ancillary equipments within the cell site premises.
* Responsible for the maintenance of HUAWEI BSC32, BSC 6000, and HUAWEI BSC6900.
* Responsible for the maintenance of Alcatel BSC, G2 BSC and Alcatel BTS - Evolume 9100.
* Responsible for maintenance of the following equipments such as ECI XDM100 and XDM 300( STM1-STM64), ECI Usdm100(STM1), OSN (STM1).
* Evaluate the performance of my team members.
