Engr. Emmanuel Borromeo, 25 yrs of Experience in the Construction Industry as a QA/QC and Project Audit Manager my role is to contribute to the ongoing development of projects by ensuring that the project conforms to the framework of corporate standards and procedures. I am responsible for supervising, monitoring, and conducting Internal audits on Company project sites and conducting reviews of construction project records verifying compliance with all contractual requirements, and implementation of Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and Method Statements. Also, the development of proper Internal auditing programs for projects and keeping records of all expenses and costs incurred due to poor quality. I will be monitoring the records and documentation of the project, performing different reviews that support value judgment on the project.
