Project Management Consultant - Surface Facilities of Oilfield Under Permit H and PSA Bongor Basin Oilfield Project, Republic of Chad May 2019 to present
Administering and supervises the implementation of project HSE policies, procedures and regulation for the EPCC's and Commissioning for Field Surface Facilities in Bongor Basin such as CPF Power Plant Expansion, Adding Water Treatment Facilities in Baobab FPF, Ronier Airstrip Extension Project, Camp Expansion Project, including the supplementary project such as OGM, Oil and Water Trunklines, Pipelines, OHTL powerlines, Compact Sub-station, Digital Oilfield, and CCTV System of Wells. Directly reported to PMC Project Manager.
Provide EHS guidance and support to the Training Centre’s existing technical competence assessment team. Delivering EHS courses, within all areas of competency, to individuals as per training schedule. Conducting theory and practical testing modules as defined in the relevant lesson plans or as directed by the set learning content/curricula. Conducting training courses at both training centers and at customer sites. Evaluating EHS training delivery and supporting continuous improvement processes.
Managed and monitored the implementation of project HSE policies, procedures and programs for the EPCC’s and Commissioning of CPF1 Additional Tanks Project, Central Processing Facilities CPF2 consists of crude oil treatment system, gas compression units, produced water treatment and disposal system, and the auxiliary facilities, such as firefighting, power distribution, and building, Gas Receiver Station(GRS2) processing plant, Power Plant, Sewage Water Treatment Plant, Trunklines and Pipelines, OHTL powerlines for well pad, oilfield road and bridges and Field Surface Facilities (Well pad pipeline & trunkline). Overall HSE milestone achievement performance Halfaya Phase II Project reaching 10 million Safe Man-Hours without Lost Time Injury and Fatality. Directly reported to PMC Project Manager.
Assisted the PMC HSE Manager in all aspects of implementation and monitoring of the HSE Management System in all management & supervisors’ levels, contractors, and subcontractors. Provides specialist safety advice on the supervision, managing, and control of works and services under the scope of EPC Contractors for Package 2 - Gas Processing Units; Package 3 - Plant Sulphur Recovery Units; & Package 4 - Plant Utilities and Offsites and facilitate the interfaces with the other EPC Contractors to enable that Contractors will be executing the Project under the project HSE requirements. Directly reported to PMC HSE Manager.
Supervised and monitored the implementation of Project HSE Plan, procedures, and programs in operatives at QAFCO live plant with the construction of Jetty 1 Expansion Project Berth 1, and construction of two ammonia storage tanks. Construction of Ammonia and Urea 5 & 6 plants, construction of Cogen 1 HRSG with Substation Building, and Construction of 3kms. Inter Connecting Pipe Rack (ICPR) and Bulk Storage warehouse, construction of Water-Cooling System. Worked with the Commissioning HSE Manager in administering and supervising the implementation of the Commissioning HSE Plan, procedures, and programs. Overall QAFCO 5 & 6 Project has been completed and reached over 110 million man-hours without LTA and fatality. Directly reported to Construction HSE Manager.
Supervised and monitored the implementation of Project HSE Plan, procedures, and programs for the EPCC and Commissioning of the Laffan Refinery Project. Construction of Central Processing Unit, Construction of Power Sub-station building, and Construction of Tanks. Worked with Commissioning Safety Supervisor of the implementation and monitoring for pre-commissioning and commissioning activities such as Air Blowing, Water Flushing, Motor / Solo Run Test, Mechanical Run Test, Nitrogen Purging, Reactor Catalyst Loading, Hydro Milling, Refractory Dry Out, Chemical Cleaning, Steam Blowing, LP Leak Test and OP Leak Test & Pneumatic/Hydro Pipes Testing. Directly reported to Sr. HSE Supervisor.
Responsible for the supervision, investigation, inspection, auditing, and evaluation throughout the various work in the rig/platform which is required as per HSE regulation. Preparing permits required for construction projects, ensuring and installing hydrogen sulfide monitoring system before drilling commencing, conducting H2S drill on the Rig coordinating with the company representative and Rig Manager. Conduct monthly safety meetings of at least 20 minutes to 1 hour. Developing and presenting training programs for all workers so they have the knowledge and tools to prevent accidents. Directly reported to Rig Superintended.
Responsible for the scheduling and operating of state-of-the-art processes such as intake system, storage bins, batching mixer, pellet mill machine, crumbles roller mill, cooler/dryer system, liquid injection system, and bagging system. Monitoring and controlling the production process through to efficient usage of resources under the direct supervision of the unit/shift supervisor. Monitoring and coordinating the designated operation from the Control Panel, ensuring safe and efficient operations. Maintaining continuous contact with various areas of the Plant keeping them informed of overall operating conditions. Directly reported to Plant Supervisor.
Assisted the Project Engineer in the entire construction of the project, involving all delivery activity, providing progress reports on deliverables, and explaining any issues. Preparing a full list of deliverables at the onset of the project, and maintaining appropriate records and documentation. Providing construction support and supervising all staff on site. Prepared construction materials list registry and daily time record of the workforce personnel.
