MY WORK DESCRIPTION AS CARGO AGENT.
DOCUMENT VERICATION,
Verify documents received from the flight and start uptodating them in computer as to help customer clear them.
Call the customers in case the shippment is valuable or perishable.
Create delivery order immediately/stamp and hand them to customer agents.
Do lying list in ware house some time to know what shipments are to be exported and see if they are macthing AIRWAYBills we have.
-Call customer and inform them of their urgent shipment to be cleared immediately like valuables (gold, banknotes, diamonds, vulnerable and perishables.
