•Managing Regional Technical Audit Experts (TAEs) In 3 Super Regions (Port Harcourt, Enugu and Asaba) with regards to their routine and non-routine schedules, provide support and guide in report evaluation/analysis, policies, processes and work procedures
•Responsible for development of long term plan and roadmap for Regional TAEs - Site Audit, Territorial uplift and network performance.
•Ensure optimal performance of all resources with regards to human and material to reinforce customer trust, Revenue Assurance and Waste Elimination (Opex Reduction)
•Identify Training Requirements Of Team Members, Develop Program To Address Knowledge Gaps And To Enrich Knowledge Repository among regional TAE’s.
•Evaluates the performance of Regional TAEs and appraise accordingly
•Ensure strict adherence to IHS policies and procedures in all assigned tasks.
•Co-ordinate activities and monitor site performance for all IHS Customers(MNO’s) to track poor performing sites, and resolving all performance impacting issues
•Continuous search for alternative sources of power, which are cost effective and environmentally friendly.
Responsible for development of Medium/short range plan and direction for territorial uplift and network performance.
•Planning, Initiation and implementation of innovative projects aimed at improving IHS Nigeria Carbon credit footprints, Waste Energy Elimination, Load Authentication, reduced Opex and increased revenue.
•Develop, implement and maintain an efficient knowledge transfer mechanism to regional operations team.
•Manages 2nd level intervention of major/minor systems faults on I.H.S solutions (ACDG, DCDG, DCDG/Solar Soutions, Hybrid Solutions) Nationwide.
•Co-ordinate all activities that impact on Site Performance, and Daily monitoring of site performance to meet Customers KPI.
•Client/Customer collaboration - interface with Network services departments within assigned customer
•Ensure strict adherence to IHS policies and procedures in all assigned tasks.
•Develop, implement and maintain an efficient knowledge transfer mechanism to the regional operations team.
•Identifies decommissioned infrastructure and ensures powering off both passive and active equipment, identifies sites within the same vicinity for possible consolidation and escalates to the Principal Specialist for upward escalation to management. (WEP- waste Elimination Project)
•Co-ordinate activities and monitor site performance for all MNO’s to track poor performing sites, and resolving all performance impacting issues
•Continuous search for alternative sources of power, which are cost effective and environmentally friendly.

Field Support O&M Engineer /Acting Team Lead/Transmission Project Coordinator(LH Degrading Link Correction project)
•Successfully perform routine operations and maintenance procedures as prescribed for power, transmission and base transceiver station radio network, handle BSS alarms and replace the fault parts when necessary.
•Oversee project implementation, integration and management, assets management, response to faults promptly and act as a community liaison dispute resolution.
•Travel to project sites and vendor locations as assigned to perform all aspects of on-site installation, repair. Active and Passive maintenance, oversight, and modifications as required.

•Competently conducted routine maintenance and maintained optimal performance of all power and cooling systems at MTNN installations and leased property within assigned area.
•Ensured that all operations and maintenance activities performed at project sites comply with OEM (original equipment manufacturer) requirements and warranties.
•Accurately recorded and reported all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and materials expended on work orders.
BSS/WIMAX
Managed the installation, configuration and maintenance of IBM, Netapp Servers and Storage, offered after-sales support services and prepared potential cost benefit analysis to potential clients.
•Efficiently liaised with both current and potential clients to develop existing and new business opportunities, delivered sales support and maintained existing, long-term relationships with customers.
