•Track freight from port of origin to final destination.
•Implement the INCOTERMS used by the shipper.
•Manage inbound logistics of the company.
•Helps the company develop, implement and maintain a customs clearance system and procedures.
•Runs regular checking and maintains accurate, up-to-date records and documentation regarding the status of all shipment.
•Advises all divisions/operations on daily queries relating to customs clearance & shipment status.
•Making sure the all shipping documents are with compliance with L/C terms and condition and acceptable by Saudi Customs.
•Monitor broker, trucker performance in line with company standard requirements in order to support the integrity of the current and future customs clearance process Defect / Damages in the cargo should be dealt with immediately and coordinate with broker and other concerned parties for insurance claim.
•IMPORT AND EXPORT documentation.
