FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY
* Liable for preparing departmental budgets and monitors cost control.
* Responsible for keeping material and labor costs within the department’s budget.
* Responsible for the sites annual capital budget.

* Manages Senior and Staff Engineers.
* Focus on asset Reliability and Cost reduction;
* Review proposed capital projects for operability and maintainability;
* Perform Problem Asset identification and Root Cause Analysis;
* Provide specific discipline technical support to ensure consistency
* To support the planning team in the effective planning, scheduling and coordination of preventative,
non-routine maintenance activities and refurbishment programs across all projects.
* Managing works as required to ensure all service objectives and budget targets are met within the
required timeframes;
* Provide technical support and advice and resolve complex technical issues in support of the
maintenance and project teams as necessary;
* Work collaboratively with Asset Maintenance Specialists to deliver maintainability and Reliability
of assets;
* Produce Maintenance Strategies, technical support, technical training, investigation and reporting in
the Instrument/Electrical field to internal Business Units, Field Staff and Clients.

* Resolved wrong installation design of FM200 actuator sitting position.

Provide cost estimates prior to initiating a project, work to stay within the budget of an estimate throughout
the projecting of electrical and electronic systems. Maintain a detailed knowledge of all safety policies and
regulations, and enforce these policies among team members. Managing a team, evaluating employees'
progress, training new team members, attending meetings, identifying conflicts and resolving problems
other work responsibilities include organizing and planning on petty cash expenses and budget
implementation, monitoring of spare part inventory for minimum and maximum required stock level,
assign and execute daily work orders on corrective and preventive maintenance, carry out conductive
maintenance on critical areas to avoid unforeseen circumstances
