 Managed the supply chain department, which included warehousing, logistics, procurement, insurance and risk management,
and health safety of the organization.
 Strategically sourced and procured all CAPEX and OPEX spend of about $700 million with savings of 15% year on year.
 Re‐structured the supply chain department, consolidated spend and centralized procurement activities and implemented a
well‐structured risk and insurance system and reduced premium by optimizing sum insured.
 Sourced and procured all handheld devices and airtime vouches; procured mobile phones at a total cost of $2.9 million with
savings of 15% on cost and also refined diesel management process and procurement.

 Responsible for logistics and control of all material deployment to sites and coordinated, controlled and managed the telecom
budget which included core network, transmission and site deployment.
 Managed the residence facility for all consultants and disbursement of float for deployment.
 Managed warehousing and logistics of telecom equipment; forecasting, monitoring and control of CAPEX and OPEX of
Telecom Equipment (CAPEX of $284 million and OPEX of $29 million).
 Directed all logistics requirement of the technical department including planning, strategic procurement and expediting.
 Administered the contract for the passive and active equipment and ensured that SLA's are met by 3rd party vendors.
 Presided the quality management of the telecom network and simulated and managed the colocation pricing.
 Simulated the CAPEX and OPEX business plan for the technical department and managed a team of 100 experienced
consultants (engineers etc.) to deploy 600 BTS sites within 6 months.
