 Sourced and procured all handheld devices and airtime vouches; procured mobile phones at a total cost of $2.9 million with
savings of 15% on cost and also refined diesel management process and procurement.

 Presided the quality management of the telecom network and simulated and managed the colocation pricing.
 Simulated the CAPEX and OPEX business plan for the technical department and managed a team of 100 experienced
consultants (engineers etc.) to deploy 600 BTS sites within 6 months.
