DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Carrying out the calibration, overhauling, troubleshooting, and repairing of process instruments.
Test and maintain all devices commonly found in offshore facilities with special emphasis on transmitters, transducers, control valves, fire and gas system, PLC, Process Control System (PCS),
Process Safety System (PSS) in accordance with Integrated Control and Safety System (ICSS)
Diagnosing faults, determining the optimal procedures and equipments to repair accordingly.
• Performs actual testing for fire and gas systems such as: gas detectors and smoke detectors, which involved injection of smoke and other kinds of gas compositions
• Identify any abnormal plant condition and inform the necessary actions to CCR supervisor and operator needed to solve the problem.
• Familiar in using console operation for DCS, ESD/PDS, MMS and F&G System's for control command and monitoring.
• Perform other duties assigned by my superiors. Being responsive to overtime and callout requests.

POSITION: OPERATIONS
Duties and Responsibilities: • Supervise field instrument calibrations, installation of fire and gas devices due to preparation of instrument checklist for QVD's.
• Maintains record and repairs, calibration and tests by entering data into handwritten logs or computer databases when applicable.
• Provide connection test reports and correct installation of all the instrument cables, Multi - core cables, cables between Junction Boxes and users, Control Room Inter-connection. Provide inspection report for correct installation and materials used for instrument process connection.
• Performs routine inspection and scheduled maintenance works of instrument on-line and off-line cleaning, minor servicing, testing, calibration, leakage check, operational status/conditioning checking.
• Conducts punch list activities for instruments, fire and gas and telecoms equipment.
• Responsible for rectification of instrument cable termination to precisely correct as per instrument loop diagram.
• Responsible in material requisition and monitoring materials.
• Participate everyday safety meeting.
