Design BoQ for Tenders (Structured Cabling, CCTV, Access Control, Network, A/V solutions)

On-site Project Engineer that oversees day to day implementations of client systems, raise issues and risks, report progress, manage resources, procurements/deliveries and stakeholders.

Involved in implementations of Desktop/Laptop Deployment, Data Center Infrastructure (Cooling, Raised Floor, Fire Suppression, Cabling, UPS), Smartboards, Servers, Network Components, Conferencing Equipments, Access Control, CCTV and Structured Cabling Systems and Overhead Cable Managements.

My work involves designing ELV systems for clients and arranging quotation for them for supply and installation. During this phase, I compile a list of suppliers and make comparisons according to client's requirements.

Once a contract is approved, I oversee the project from start to completion.
In the process, I manage manpower and outgoing materials, make progress reports for the clients, modify drawings as required, liaise with proper authorities and regulation bodies, arrange and issue invoices, and facilitate commissioning and handovers.

I am also in charge of the company's IT facilities which involves maintaining our network and workstations.

I was also involved in the company's website design and modernization of the company's profile.

-Audits stocks coming in from the Holcim warehouse and stocks going out of the company’s warehouse daily.

-Organizes the schedule of collection of each client’s accounts and collects these accounts personally on a daily basis.

-Issues purchase orders, quotations and statement of accounts.

-Assists in the company’s real estate division manager by issuing statement of accounts to the tenants and collects these accounts personally on a regular basis.

-Also takes in any problems that the tenants may have with the building and reports these directly to the manager for immediate action.

-Acts as a sales representative when the company is understaffed.

-Started the company’s IT initiative wherein we gradually migrated some paper and pen systems into MS Excel format and upgraded the company’s old non-reproductive workstations into proper office-class desktops and established a wired and wireless network to interconnect these workstations.

-Designs and edit's company's calendar and logo.

-Maintained the company’s computer systems and network.

-Handles the company’s customized payroll software developed in FoxPro when the person in charge is on leave.

-Designed and maintained 10 units of desktop computers for the company’s clients, who are nursing graduates, reviewing for NCLEX.

-Administers the online NCLEX review.

-Designed and produced leaflets and brochures for the company’s marketing campaign.

-Travels with the marketing manager to universities and colleges in different cities to assist with the setting up of LCD projectors and also with the marketing pitch.
