Explains appropriate work instructions to other workers.
Dealing with Client Calls, email & faxes.
To welcome customers and introduce to special promotions and newly included products.
Clarify customers’ queries and explain customers for product features.
Demonstrate customers for use of any electrical/mechanical/digital products.
Attend customers’ on-spot complaints and forward to concerned department.
Update clients for their inquiry regarding their complaints, status etc.
Keep record of all the complaints registered on daily basis
Forward registered complaints to maintenance team
Report Floor Manager on daily basis
