•Studying, evaluating and collecting information on the structural status of each villa in the housing compound as well as surrounding buildings. and the scheduling of results, and summarize our observations as follows:
Visual verification and Check the cracks: The Villas were previewed, cracking has been observed in walls/ columns and slab, and was cracks shape (Vertical, Horizontal, Diagonal, Toothed, Irregular) (Shear and shrinkage cracks), as well as settlement in ground floor indoors
and outdoors
Detection of foundations and soil: A specialized company was selected to study soil (ACES), A geotechnical investiga-tion was carried out by them, indicates that the soil is weak with cavities and large voids in it, and it was not suitable for backfilling, through the work of (3) exploratory drilling on the foundations, and test soil borehole at deep (15-20) m in each villa

1-Zone (2C) within the main building of the passenger lounge, (PTB) (Passenger Traffic Building) (It Contains 46 Gates for International and domestic flights), with a total area of 145000 m2 consisting of three storey. 2- Multi storey car park: A parking lot building, with a total area of 75000 m2 consisting of several areas, the majority of which are up to four storey. 3- Alharamain railway station: Airport connection Building, with a total area of 110, 000 m2 consisting of several areas, some of which reach three storey. 4- Data center buildings (Airport Data center facility), with a total area of 145000 m 2, consisting of two storey. 5- Main rescue and fire fighting building, (Airport Emergency Response facility), with a total area of 9500 m2 consisting of two storey, and a part (lot floors) for civil defense vehicles and equipment.
 Key Responsibilities:
• Cooperation with the project manager in the development of strategies, the division of buildings into several zones, and the distribution of zone managers, engineers and technicians within those sections, to ensure easy control, monitor and supervi-sion, and organize close cooperation between zones.

The ground floor with area of (2800) m2 and the height of slab is (8) meters, three floors with area of (8400) m2 and the height of slab is (4.2) M for each one, Upper roof floor with area of (1650) m2 and the height of slab is (4.2) meters, And (water tank with area of (332) m2, Electricity room with area of (278) m2, Boundary fence length is (950) m). The building was built in RC frame with raft footings, grade beams, solid slab 20%, and holocor slab 80% Covered with a screed layer.
 Key Responsibilities:
• Establishing, development of the project’s work plan, developing methods, procedures, plans for all project related functions, such as structural, procurement, administration, health and safety.
• Supervise construction project from start to finish, and leading the implementation, and monitor the work of all site op-erations.

• Supervising the implementation of all the works of finishing the reinforced concrete, remaining in all the buildings (14), and the implementation of the Landscape works. With effective management of Site Personnel as well as Sub-Contractors/Suppliers, Follow-up them on a daily basis.
