Project Description: the project consists of (8) Vilas such as medium size palaces with a total area of (12200) M^2 which is designed to be one of the regions best-planned communities, providing sophisticated metropolitan design with a futuristic skyline, offers luxurious residential spaces with high quality finishes.
• Supervise the construction project from start to finish.
• Full responsibility for determining the project delivery strategy based on established deadlines.
• Cooperate with the project management team in monitoring and directing all activities to be implemented to achieve the objectives within the specified time frame and budget.
• Reviewing and Study the Design Drawings, Contributing to the preparation of the shop drawings.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors, vendors, and adopt prices for implementation after studying several models for quotations in accordance to the Contract specifications.
• Follow-up the progress of the work of the subcontractors and inspection all work (RFI) and issuing progress payments certificate (PPC) according to the contracts, follow-up for Receive the payments.
• Work with procurement to order material (SSR) (site supply request) in line with the established schedule and budget, maintenance requests for equipment (SMR).
• Competently complete all relevant paperwork and administration, such as contracts, variation orders, letters, pictures of site, code of materials, expense voucher, forms paper for the site, etc.
• Review periodic reports by the project team and prepare reports for the Executive Director, including cost reports relat-ing to the duration and budget of the project.

Project Description: The project consists of supporting two villas (the villa consists of, ground floors, first floors and an annex floors, total area of 450 M2) Located in Khuzama district, Riyadh, within a new housing compound consists of 14 villas of similar design, each with a small swimming pool, built in RC frame with spread footings and grade beams, due to differential landing of the building resulting from (Foundation Movement and Settlement of the building), which caused Shear cracks occur in the walls of the villas and landing floors. As well as the depth of foundation up to (5) meters without any structural tie beam
Key Responsibilities
•Studying, evaluating and collecting information on the structural status of each villa in the housing compound as well as surrounding buildings. and the scheduling of results, and summarize our observations as follows:
Visual verification and Check the cracks: The Villas were previewed, cracking has been observed in walls/ columns and slab, and was cracks shape (Vertical, Horizontal, Diagonal, Toothed, Irregular) (Shear and shrinkage cracks), as well as settlement in ground floor indoors
and outdoors
Detection of foundations and soil: A specialized company was selected to study soil (ACES), A geotechnical investiga-tion was carried out by them, indicates that the soil is weak with cavities and large voids in it, and it was not suitable for backfilling, through the work of (3) exploratory drilling on the foundations, and test soil borehole at deep (15-20) m in each villa
Studying the structural condition of (columns, slab, neck columns and grade beams) by (ACES
•Review and evaluation of geotechnical report and Logs of boreholes, the structural condition study
•Preparing, supervise an implementation plan, and Proper operation for it, maintenance. Coordinating the work of all site operations. Submitted all method of statement, to obtain acceptance by the owner
•Selection and accreditation of experienced subcontractors, Oversaw them, Cooperation with them to timely project completion within budget. The most important work carried out as follows
New stripe footing in depth (1.5) M from (GF) level, connect them to the neck columns in each villa
Work of replacement constructions of concrete piles that ( cast in site, end-bearing, friction pile ) under each neck column number (6) piles, (height 12 m - width 5 cm), based on the rock layer of depth of 10 meters and installed by the new stripe footing, Where the new foot becomes its Pile Caps
Soil Injection Works: The injection drillings were \[(60) holes, deep 10 meters and deep12 meters, to bedrock includ-ing (2) m in the bedrock)\], soil injection according to Method Statement.And a cutoff wall in low ground down to bedrock, because project overlooks Wadi Hanifah, to pro-tect the site, and prevent soil creep, future damage. With 80 holes injected, at boundary, 12m Depth or to bedrock.
Implementation of Concrete Strengthening for some structural elements by install carbon fiber strip as per design.
•Maintenance of all the building elements from damage caused by differential landing (re-finishing).
•Define clear roles and responsibilities and deliverable requirements, Make relevant information available to all project team members and subcontractors per their requirements in terms.
•Execution, Ensure stringent application to be careful not to damage in the finishes of the building (tiles - doors - win-dows), and protect all workplaces
•Represent the company with the client, negotiates with him in all works required, all changes and attend project meet-ings with him, and submit all financial claims (progress payments certificate)

Scope of our company is: Execution of all reinforced concrete works.
Project Description: Consists of several small and large buildings, The most important of these buildings are the following:
1-Zone (2C) within the main building of the passenger lounge, (PTB) (Passenger Traffic Building) (It Contains 46 Gates for International and domestic flights), with a total area of 145000 m2 consisting of three storey. 2- Multi storey car park: A parking lot building, with a total area of 75000 m2 consisting of several areas, the majority of which are up to four storey. 3- Alharamain railway station: Airport connection Building, with a total area of 110, 000 m2 consisting of several areas, some of which reach three storey. 4- Data center buildings (Airport Data center facility), with a total area of 145000 m 2, consisting of two storey. 5- Main rescue and fire fighting building, (Airport Emergency Response facility), with a total area of 9500 m2 consisting of two storey, and a part (lot floors) for civil defense vehicles and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cooperation with the project manager in the development of strategies, the division of buildings into several zones, and the distribution of zone managers, engineers and technicians within those sections, to ensure easy control, monitor and supervi-sion, and organize close cooperation between zones.
• Managing and supervise a vast construction team consisting of (site engineers, zones managers, logistic support team, su-pervisors and safety officers, warehouses, procurement department, etc...) in line with the established schedule and budget.
• Coordinating the work of all site operations, ensure implementation of plans, Manage the day-to-day working, To ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and within estimated costs.
• Recruitment to acquire project team, confirm needed human resource availability; strive to improve team competencies, Interaction between them (Team work), and resolving issues.
• Procedure suitable divisions for all the workers in the project, for teams under the supervision of technicians, for easy con-trol and transportation and transfer them within the work zones, with the provision all necessary, with the formation of the emergency team, to support any drop within the zones.

• Follow-up the security management with (HR), to gain necessary permits to enter the project.
• Monitoring productivity, profitability, by work with the site planning engineer, quantities surveyor, the quality of work re-quired and defining the time and cost to finish it, while providing bonus for groups that finish quickly, which leads to the completion project ahead of time and within the budget.
• Review and explain the drawings, Shop drawings, and provide (as-built drawings) to the technical office, and submittals the technical or contractual clarifications to all staff and subcontractors with regard to the implementation of the work.

Scope of our company is: The implementation of all project works (turnkey), including landscape works.
Project Description: Consists of several small and large buildings, Totaling is (168) building, with a total area for buildings (195050) m2, the most important of these buildings are the following: 1- Buildings of Prison units (For men, youth & women), Totaling is (16) building, with a total area of 145000 m2 consisting of three storey. 2- Buildings of Visitation (For men, youth & women) Totaling is (4) building, with a total area of (8420) m2 consisting of several areas, only one storey. 3- - Buildings of Prisoner Hosting Unit (For men & youth), Totaling is (4) building, with a total area of (21650) m2 consisting of several areas, Reach three storey. 4- Buildings of Quarantine Units (For men & youth), To-taling is (3) building, with a total area of (19450) m2, consisting of three storey. 5- Buildings of Penitentiary Administra-tion (for Men & Youth), Totaling is (6) building, with a total area of (17882) m2, consisting of tow storey. 6- In addition to other buildings such as buildings (Supporting Building, Prisoners Reception And Dismissal, Visitation & Prisoner Release, Prison unit, Schools, Workshops & Vocational Training Unit, Fence, etc...). 7- All the buildings built in RC frame with (Separate or Strip Footings, Raft, Grade beams, columns, walls, Slabs).
Key Responsibilities:
• Cooperation with the project manager, in establishing and implementing the Project Management Plan.
• Division of workers for several groups, under the supervision of the technicians and engineers of the site, each group is re-sponsible for the implementation of concrete element or specific work of buildings which the similar design, and organize close cooperation between them, team work.
• Define roles, responsibilities. And supervise, controlling the work of all structural activities of the project at all stages to ensure delivering project's outcomes within timeframe, budget and quality.
• Preparing bills of quantities for the project, managing the stores, coordinating with the procurement to ensure materials, and equipment required by the project, In accordance with the schedule and budget.
• Prepare weekly reports to project manager, and reports on financial costs. Coordination the periodic meetings with subordi-nates to ensure that priorities are clear and actions are running smoothly.

Sub Contractor: Mimar International Company.
Duration: Three Months.
Scope of our company is: Implementation of the entire building (turnkey).
Project Description: The project is a hotel building, Consisting of four floors, annex floor, And with a total area of (12850) m2. The ground floor with area of (2800) m2 and the height of slab is (8) meters, three floors with area of (8400) m2 and the height of slab is (4.2) M for each one, Upper roof floor with area of (1650) m2 and the height of slab is (4.2) meters, And (water tank with area of (332) m2, Electricity room with area of (278) m2, Boundary fence length is (950) m). The building was built in RC frame with raft footings, grade beams, solid slab 20%, and holocor slab 80% Covered with a screed layer.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establishing, development of the project’s work plan, developing methods, procedures, plans for all project related functions, such as structural, procurement, administration, health and safety.
• Supervise construction project from start to finish, and leading the implementation, and monitor the work of all site op-erations.
• Employment of skilled workers, and testing them before starting work. Distributing all the workers are in groups under the supervision of skilled technicians, where we have about 35 groups, coordinate between them, advise workers before the error occurs, with bonuses for active groups.
• Split the building for several areas for easy control, and the speed of work, the distribution of groups on these areas, with coordination between them and subcontractors, Applying a tactical influence, persuasion and pressure to Contrac-tor(s) to ensure the success of the project.
• Contract with subcontractors and labors according to the required project specifications, and issuing the progress pay-ments certificate.

Project Description: The project consists of several buildings for the students' housing in two forms: the first one is a (L/shape), And their number is (12) buildings, each consisting of five storey with a total area of (150000) m2, And the second one is a (C/shape), And their number is (2) buildings, each consisting of five storey with a total area of (40000) m2. The building was built in RC frame with separate footings, grade beams, solid slab, and precast exterior walls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervising the implementation of all the works of finishing the reinforced concrete, remaining in all the buildings (14), and the implementation of the Landscape works. With effective management of Site Personnel as well as Sub-Contractors/Suppliers, Follow-up them on a daily basis.
• Recruitment of the necessary manpower and distributing them to the sites on groups (Carpenters, Steel fixture, work-ers, etc), Leading the technicians and explaining all the work requirements in accordance with required specifications, drawings. Act as a mentor and coach to team members.
• Coordinate with building managers with respect to their remaining concrete works, and complete them promptly.
• Honesty and close cooperation with the Client representative engineers in relation to the implementation and comple-tion of the work, and preparing all necessary ( request for inspection, as built drawings, shop drawings, proposal with approval, safety, method of statement, change orders, Additional works).
• Coordinate with procurement to secure materials, equipment required according to specifications.

Project Description: The project Consists from a four-storey building, basement, and shelter, with a building area of 22, 500 square meters. The building consists of 40 classrooms, two lecture halls, a theater, Offices, A mosque, a gymna-sium, and a large courtyard.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Overseeing and directing construction project from start to finish
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Select tools, materials and equipment required and track inventory.
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits, meet contractual conditions of performance.
• Preparing the project's bill of quantities, BOQ schedules.

Project Description: The project is the implementation of the super deluxe finishing of an apartment of with area 190 M2 in the first floor within a building consisting of three floors, ground floor and basement, In addition to the implementation of finishing works for all public facilities of the building (Elevations, Stairs, Entrances, Roofs ...).
Key Responsibilities:
• Daily supervision of the implementation of all stages of work, According to the specifications required from the owner, and follow-up the supply of all necessary materials, conform to the required specifications.
• The agreement with the subcontractors according to the requirements of the owner, and the issuance of the required payments according to the work done, and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Supervising the implementation of all works of the Electro mechanics and plumbing works and conducting the neces-sary tests before final delivery.
Project: Building the Faculty of Political Science: - (Al-Tal- Damascus- Syria).
Owner: Ministry of Education.
Contractor: Al - Ameen Building & General Contracting.
Duration: Eleven Months.
Project Description: The project consists of a two-story building and a large courtyard with an area of 4, 500 square meters. The scope of the work is:
1- Concrete work: Execution of the retaining walls, which surrounds the building from two sides with a length of 66M, and a height of 7.5M.
2- Finishing work: (Landscapes, Fountains, Ponds, Planter boxes, Infrastructure services, Power cable, Sewage/Water pipes, A tunnel for all pipes, Completion of the stadiums, And public services facilities).
Key Responsibilities:
• Studying and reviewing all drawings for the project (Structural, Architectural, Electrical, and mechanical), establishing the coordinate shop drawings, and obtaining approval from the owner's representative.
• Follow up all the work on the site step by step, and make sure to implement it according to the drawings and specifi-cations (construction schedules), and coordinating with suppliers and sub-contractors, and preparing the percentage of execution of work for subcontractors.
• Calculate quantities of materials required for the project and submit them to the project manager, with making weekly & monthly progress report.
• Provide all documents required for the owner’s representative (consultant) as well as the inspection request, and the method of statement.
- Project: Laboratory building in Faculty of Electrical and Mechanical Engineer-ing In Damascus: (Damascus- Syria).

Project Description: The project is a restoration and strengthening of the laboratory building, At the Faculty of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering in Damascus. The building consists of three storey, And a basement with an area of 3500m2, Where the building was redesigned to accommodate a larger number of students, With the addition of an external annex, With area 750 m2, Consists of two storey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site workers and subcontractors, and assis-tance to resolve any unexpected technical difficulties.
• Cooperate with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project, to achieve the objectives of the project Setting out, leveling and surveying the site.
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Coordinate and attend regular meetings with all parties involved in the project for progress, preparing reports as required.
• Assist with the final inspection of the work. Review the adequacy and accuracy of punch lists. Monitor final completion of the work.

2-Commercial Building project (Riyad Bank currently), and the intersection of Al-Takhasusi Street with Mousa Bin Nusair Street, Riyadh, from (1-1992 until 9-1992)
The project consists of two commercial floors and additional annexes with a total area of 3000 m 2
