I installed Windows Server 2003 as Domain Controller and ISA 2004 (before was 2000), and
connected all clients to this domain (around 25), we have a policy for Internet uses since not all clients have full permission and not in all time, we also have some programs that need a daily backup as a preventative procedure.
All LAN hardware have been done by me.

Since not all users have enough knowledge in Windows and its application, I'm giving Introductory of Windows and its applications for those users, as-well-as continuous teaching for any new skills needed.
Since we have 5 nations in our factory and a many polices for each nation, I developed a Software for Human Resource Management System (HR + Payroll + Attendance) using VB.NET and basically using Access Database,
and we used it as the Official HR System for Chinese, Bengali and Jordanian employees (around 950 employees), the work in this project can’t be stopped since every month there is some update to achieve the new demands.
Another project I have made for our financial manager is a software for printing cheques in any cheque belong to any bank, and save history of all printed cheques, and for sure to write the amount in words automatically in both languages.

also maintains and monitors its own Server (domain controller, Exchange, ISA Server, and Symantec Corporate
Edition).
