I am working as a material planning Engineer in supply chain department with below key responsibilities:

 Ensuring optimized translation of purchase requestions notifying buyers to release purchase orders to suppliers and expedites if required and collaborating with buyers to make sure materials arrives on time.
 Planning, control, and improvement of the stock levels (quantity and quality wise) for plants I am responsible including phase-in, phase-out management Production plan management.
 Calculating and maintaining the MRP parameters in SAP system: safety stock, lot size, ABC, reorder point and so on.
 Handling materials interruption or shortages problem from production, logistics, suppliers and soon., analyzing the root cause and get it solved.
 Analyzing excess and obsolete (E&O) aging inventory, taking appropriate actions for optimizing inventory performance in collaboration with sales, marketing, manufacturing, and supply chain management.
 Initiate and participate in improvement projects to optimize end-to-end supply chain.
 Make Sure all Department KPIS delivery on time.
 Prepare Master Production Schedule (MPS) and all operations related to monthly plan and Manage production flow as per given priorities by sales team.
 Manage all changes with technical team and provide proper plan for material and effective dates for changes and make sure same will be reflected in SAP.

Working at Al-Fanar Group - " project planner for development projects" in Alfanar Circuit Breaker Factory

Job Responsibilities:

 Working with stakeholders to define requirements and delivery for new projects. direct managing, planning, tracking, and delivering for new projects:
a- Motorized MCCB for Smart Meter Project.
b- MCCB product for load centers (MARS Project).
c- MCCB product for Saudi Electricity Company SEC.
d- MCCB product 400A-25kA for LV distribution panels.

 Stakeholders, Budget, risk, operation and Schedule managements.

 Providing high level project reports to stakeholders and top management.

 Stage gate review reports and documentation by using SAP PPM system.

 Certification and Development testing & preparing everything for certifications .

 Testing and validation for all products in our factory.

 Following up customers compliance and implement these comments in new products.

 Prepare all calculations and documentations that needed for New Projects.

 Contribute to research, investigation and studies related to engineering to develop our products.

 Work with marketing team to prepare catalogs and the manuals that related to new products.
