* Managing and directing the day to day functions and operations of the CQC Program;
* Serving as the primary point of contact with the Consultant Engineers for architectural works
relating to the CQC Program;
* Supervising the activities and inspections of Construction Staff, Specialists and Testing
Agency personnel;
* Coordinating, scheduling and directing the activities of laboratories and testing agencies;
* Identifying non-conforming work and providing recommendations for corrections or
removal of such non-conforming work;
* Documenting the results of all inspections and tests;
