Head of Soil & Rock Mechanics Laboratory
Established a structural engineering, materials, soil & rock mechanics laboratory ($700K est. value) equipped with most up-to-date experiment gauges such as servo controlled triaxial & shear box apparatus with continuous data logging systems. Was a team leader in the accreditation works of the geotech. lab through ISO 17025 standards.
Managed the Civil Engineering department.
