Arrange package all over the world
Handling clients special request and complains
Provide discounted rates to clients and handling new promotion offers .
Direct reservation amendments, additions and cancellations.
Check and answer all direct faxes and emails.
Negotiate with the hotels and get the best available rates
Handling groups reservations & requests
Find alternative Hotels & Cruises if the original request is not available for any reason.
Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
Direct the First Nations Members and the general public to the appropriate staff member.
Pick up and deliver the mail.
Handling guests complains.
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible.
Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
Greet, assist and/or direct students, visitors and the general public
Arrange Meet, assist & transportation from the Airport
Matching the needs of the guests with available at the hotels.
Handling deposits and payments.
