To ensure that purchased product conforms to specified purchase requirements. ‘Product’ includes material, equipment, software and services that are critical to the design and manufacturing company products.

Capacity Planner:
 Provide daily update of production scheduled.
 Consolidate monthly forecast and actual volume requirements.
 Updates traceability of mat’ls thru system SAP.
Buyer:
 Responsible to ensuring the availability of direct and indirect materials to meet production schedule optimizing inventory level and minimizing the risk of materials exposure against obsolescence and expiration thru achieving Lean inventory management.
 Release of approved purchase order to the supplier.
 Monitoring the actual delivery/return, receiving, incoming inspection and payment of parts delivered.
 Manage parts related issues affecting inventory level.

 Supervises his area’s progress in terms of productivity/Efficiency, quality and improvements.

 Ensures full implementation and compliance to QA Rule and ISO standards in Genba.

 Informs Group Leader on new updates from the management, may it be system or product-related.

 Conducts performance reviews of employees.

 Checks and reviews production procedures.

 Guarantees that fixed assets are in good condition and safely kept.

 Verifies abnormality occurrence root cause and countermeasure effectiveness generated by Group Leader.

 Links between rank and file and top management communicating the concerns of each other.

 Approves purchase requisitions of the shop floor.

 Generates reports of his area but not limited to production and incident reports.

 Participates in Factory Audits (5S and Safety).

 Executes cost control activities on his area of assignment.

 Promotes safety, 5S and Kaizen.

 Boosts morale of subordinates.

 Reports to immediate superior any problem that occurs in his area of assignment.

 Performs any other task that may be deemed necessary by the immediate superior.
