Job Description

This managerial role supports field work activities enablement and administration targeting data driven field methodology compliance & quality data collection validations based on QCT Analyst insights. This role includes team management responsibilities.


Field Enablement and Administration


  • Auditor support (Phone, chat with auditors).
  • Visit planning activities/ Store visit re-assignments.
  • FW Progress monitoring (RA, RRES, NIV, etc.)
  • Conduct physical store check/control (including alternative checks during the extraordinary periods) if required by QCTE or other stakeholders.
  • Panel controls (recruitment, TLS, PLS, etc.)
  • Special projects coordination and status.


Field methodology compliance & Quality collection maintenance


  • Monthly/weekly quality action plans alignment with QCT Analyst.
  • On-the-ground action driven by QCT Analyst insights and periodic reports.
  • Report action points feedback and status to Delivery Leader and QCT Analyst.

Team management


  • Resource management (Hiring, interviews, resignation, related paperwork).
  • KPI monitoring & compliance.
  • Provide on-the-job training and ad-hoc coaching of Auditors.
  • Hardware management (Device preparation for Auditors).

Qualifications
  • College degree preferred (depending on the market minimum years of experience may be stated).
  • Proficiency in Local language of markets in scope is required and English is preferred
  • Knowledge of Field Audit Methodology, CDAR tools and processes (highly preferred)
  • Professional maturity in relation to others and to work, which enable effectiveness while dealing with pressures and difficulties of a dynamic work environment
  • Ability to come to an understanding of a situation, task, problem, opportunity.
  • Proficiency in collaboration tools (MS Office, Chat s/w)
