Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify   potential clients, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales   calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all product   categories offered.
  • Maintain   database of clients and grow new ones into strong account references.
  • Plan   and organize daily activities according to the number of customers to   visit and to the objectives to be reached.
  • Ensure   company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and   regular competitor monitoring.
  • Gather   market information regarding market trends, competitive activity and   requirements for the development of new and existing products.
  • Regularly   reporting your daily activities (visits, activities, results, market   conditions, customers’ product and service needs, competitive activities)   to your line manager.


Skills


  • Knowledge of modern techniques and their implementation to boost sales activities.
  • Adept at communicating with the in-house team, clients, and management through formal documentation and discussions.
  • Excellent command of soft skills and a deep understanding of sales values and principles.
  • Performance-driven and capable of achieving targets under pressure.
  • Proven command on improving conversion rate through modern communication channels and impressive presentations.
  • Depicting remarkable command to convert leads into customers through passionate discussions and debates.



  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of sales experience.
  • Knowledgeable in sales principles and practices.
  • Ability to develop in depth knowledge of the products and markets.
  • Competencies
  • Presentable with Good communication skills
  • Awareness of selling trends and techniques.
  • Knowledgeable in the market
  • Customer & Target oriented.
  • Preferably with Driver's License in UAE
