• Plans, coordinates and directs the activities involved in the research, development, implementation and maintenance of programs for the recruitment, selection, testing, and training of employees.
• Selects, plans, assigns, supervises and evaluates the work of subordinates.
• Supervision Monthly Payroll for the Employees in the Head Office, Factory & Projects.
• Supervision monthly reports (Cost center, Budget).
• Supervision medical insurance billing, paper work and reimbursements.
• Making recommendations on changes to pension and insurance schemes.
• Handling all company mobiles’ system.
• Developing and implementing new benefit packages, ensuring that these are current and competitive and in line with legal requirements.
• Researching and analyzing salary rates and benefits offered by other employers in the same sector.
• Monitoring the organization’s salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between controls of costs and attracting and retaining staff.
• Undertaking job evaluations to ensure that the differences in pay between those doing different jobs within the organization are fair and are perceived.
• Reviews and updates policies and manuals.
• Prepares and presents oral and written reports and responds to requests for information
