Livelihood and Business Development Coordinator 1/2022 till present
• Managing the livelihood and business development team in Azraq camp. plans and manages all the component activities in Azraq camp and ensures adequate staffing for the camp program operations related to the component, designing and implementing Bazars, meetings, and community events.
• Planning, monitoring, and reporting: worked on developing the marketing and sales strategies, identifying new markets to enter, Conducting market research focused on identifying new business development opportunities, monitoring the production process and ensuring the highest quality of products, linking implemented activities with projects according to the monthly reports and program needs.
• Providing team leadership and motivational support through daily supervision, regular team meetings, and learning and reflection events.
• effective communication with key actors involved in the program.
• Ensuring community participation, and promoting women’s empowerment.
• Coordinate and document all case management activities including beneficiary’s referral with case information, community needs, and coordination reviews and provide the analysis on weekly basis.
• Meet, register, assist and advise individual cases according to scheduled sessions, including phone sessions as necessary and appropriate through CARE Community Centers or home visits.
• Using standard criteria, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and agreed formats, interview cases assessing their situation and needs for assistance.
• Refer cases to other services.
• Document and report on each interview and recommendation on a daily basis in CARE database and according to standard reporting procedures and formats.
• Draft confidential incident reports as part of the referrals.

Identification and referrals of cases, and follow-up of referrals: this includes providing an open and safe space for refugees to raise concerns, and referring them to the appropriate agencies and following up to ensure that credible and appropriate action has been taken, this includes ensuring that basic services and security, community and family supports, referrals to working agencies established referral channels such as emails, phone calls, and referral online sheets.
