My role as a Deputy Development Manager covers planning, building, leading, coaching, managing and monitoring technical teams and projects, providing technical expertise, as well as managing client requirements.
Implemented and executed company software development process (Agile Scrum). This including monitoring, enhancement and execution.
Designing, planning, and leading a team for building enterprise medical imaging software (ARK, VNA, PACS, ZFP and Diagnostic viewer for Radiology, Cardiology, Mammography, Pathology, and Radiotherapy).
Architecture, design and development of company flagship products (PaxeraPrint server, ZFP and Diagnostic Viewer features (MPR/MIP, PET-CT Fusion, Measurements, Chiropractic, Hanging Protocol...) using .Net C#, JAVA, Delphi, HTML5 and JavaScript.
Cumulative: 87.85%, Grade: Distinction with honors award, Ranked the 5th out of 167. Graduation project: Surgical Planning Software for Liver Transplantation Surgery
